In India, all The E-Commerce companies like Amazon Flipkart Snapdeal Paytm business has been growing . but all the E-Commerce companies not only retail but also Logistic companies as well as the companies like Zomato Uber eats foodpanda, they are also growing at a fast pace. but one thing is common that all the E-Commerce company are making huge losses in India. specifically talking about retail companies the only one reason is cash on delivery cash on delivery or COD was invented by Flipkart. this was initiated to let the people who don’t have the bank accounts to buy items online where they can pay for the product when it is delivered at the door step . this was convenience which was followed by each and every E-Commerce company. but COD provided facility for the customers to cancel their order at their will, they are not serious while placing an order and if they find a better deal they are free to cancel it.
