Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps!

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Buffalo Sauce (Franks is 0 calories)
1/4 cup water
Onion – chopped
Celery – chopped
Fat Free Greek Yogurt -5oz container
Salt
Jerk or Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Place chicken breast in crock pot with 1/4 cup water. Season each side of the chicken with salt and jerk or taco seasoning. Cover with buffalo wing sauce. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.

When chicken is done, shred in the crockpot. Add greek yogurt, more buffalo sauce, celery & onion and mix. Add mixture to lettuce ups. Optional toppings: Avocado, Bolthouse Farms Cucumber Ranch or Caesar Dressing, Lemon, Feta Cheese
