వ్యాపారంలో రాణించాలంటే ప్ర‌ధానంగా ఉండాల్సింది ఆస‌క్తి, ప‌ట్టు వ‌ద‌ల‌ని మ‌న‌స్త‌త్వం. ఈ రెండు లక్ష‌ణాలున్న మాల‌తి గారు త‌న‌కు పూర్తిగా ప‌రిచయం లేని బిజినెస్‌లో రాణించి ఇత‌రులకు స్ఫూర్తిగా నిలిచారు. త‌న భ‌ర్త 4 am shop ఎలా నిర్వ‌హిస్తున్నారో ప‌రిశీలించిన ఆమె.. ఆ త‌ర్వాత అదే బిజినెస్ ను తాను ఒక్క‌తే స‌మ‌ర్థంగా ముందుకు న‌డిపించారు. ఉద్యోగుల నుంచి స‌మ‌స్య‌లు ఎదురైనా… తోటి వ్యాపారుల నుంచి బెదిరింపులు ఎదురైనా వెనుకంజ వేయ‌లేదు. వాటి నుంచే కొత్త పాఠాలు నేర్చుకున్నారు. భ‌ర్త ఇచ్చిన ప్రోత్సాహంతో రాత్రింబ‌వ‌ళ్లు క‌ష్ట‌ప‌డ్డారు. ఉద‌యాన్నే పాలు, న్యూస్ పేప‌ర్లు, కూర‌గాయలు స‌ర‌ఫ‌రా చేసి ఒక్క ఏడాదిలో 3.5 కోట్ల రూపాయ‌ల ట‌ర్నోవ‌ర్ సాధించారు. ఆ త‌ర్వాత మంచి ఆఫ‌ర్ వ‌స్తే 4 am shopను అమ్మేశారు.
విజ‌యం రుచి మ‌రిగిన‌వారు ఖాళీగా ఉండ‌ర‌నేదానికి మాల‌తి గారు ఉదాహ‌ర‌ణ. 4 am shop నిర్వ‌హ‌ణ‌తో వ‌చ్చిన అనుభ‌వం ద్వారా 2018 జ‌న‌వ‌రిలో 7 am super marketను ప్రారంభించారు. ఏడాదిలో 5 కోట్ల రూపాయ‌ల ట‌ర్నోవ‌ర్ సాధించారు. ప్ర‌స్తుతం త‌న వ్యాపారాన్ని మ‌రింత విస్త‌రించే ప‌నిలో ఉన్నారు. బిజినెస్‌లో స‌క్సెస్ సాధించడానికి మార్కెట్ ను అధ్య‌యనం చేయ‌డం చాలా అవ‌స‌రం. దాన్ని ఆచ‌ర‌ణ‌లో పెట్టిన మాల‌తి గారి క‌థ మ‌న‌కంద‌రికీ ఆద‌ర్శం.
Many look forward to starting a business online these days. Mainly housewives look forward to online business ideas so that they can earn money conveniently and support their families. But when someone comes up with business ideas usually people mock them or discourage them. Malathi faced the same situation when she told her family about the business idea of supplying milk and groceries through an online platform. Malathi and her husband executed the online business idea and named their business ‘4 AM shop’.
At first, people also discouraged her that 90 percent of startups are failing and a woman can’t run a business. But she proved them wrong by making 3 crores turnover and successfully exited her first startup. Now she runs a shop named ‘7 AM Super Market’ which is making around 5 crores turn over. Throughout her journey, she faced many challenges and struggles. There were situations she wanted to give up but her motivation to succeed kept her going. Her story is a real inspiration to everyone, especially housewives like her who want to know how to start a business or succeed in business.
