When I first bought out my business partner, Showpo was a sinking ship. We were only making 1 or 2 orders a day and the business was on the verge of going bankrupt. Through a lot of hard work, a lot of luck and the help of great people around me, I was able to turn it around into the business it is today.

Hello
I am in a life changing moment in time and I need to come up with a plan and I stumbled upon your videos.
I was so happy to find them you are very inspiring and comforting to someone like me who is going to approach a start up business with no previous experience.
I am planning to start an online store (consignment based)
I wondered how you determined where the shipping and packaging fit into your budget in your original business model? Before anyone turned any items in to me, or I would sell anything. How would I determine the costs, or logistics. Where do you suggest to find solid information on shipping. the logistics, costs, and obstacles to look out for?
Also, did you just pay your first or second employee, or do you have to make them a small partner?
I don’t have money to hire anyone, and if I do make money I would want to reinvest it into the business. So how does one handle eventually, while still being a very small business, hiring staff. I will have my family help me now. Thank you for your time, and great, from the heart video’s congratulations on your success as well!!
