How to Scale your Online Business to 6 Figures Per Month

In this video I’m going to share with you my kind of thinking around how to scale your business to six figures per month, whether that’s a digital business, a course, consulting business or coaching business, it doesn’t matter as long as you’re providing a service.
This all comes from what we’ve done in my business. I launched my primary business towards the end of 2016. Within six months, we were at over a million dollars per month in revenue.
By the end of the first year, we had done roughly about $20 million in sales. And as a result of scaling and growing the business and its revenue that quickly, I’m often asked to speak at small masterminds and share this strategy with the audience.
A lot of the question that comes up are, how do I scale my business? How do I get it to that next income level or the next revenue level? A lot of what I hear in that area, when I ask a questions about what have they have tried so far, people say, “I just need to get more leads, or I’ve need to run more ads. Even though it’s not wrong, it’s not the entire truth.
