I have been watching youtube videos on how to make money online / learning similar skills pertaining to business for many years now (I remember the time when Youtube wasn’t even an option and I had to google everything to learn business things). The quality of stuff is grossly decreasing with many bad apples entering the space with the sole purpose of making money from youtube views rather than helping people, enough is enough.
I advise to watch the video on 1.5x or 2x speed as I do with most youtube videos, helps you focus more all while gaining the info in quicker time.
